Teacher Compensation and Benefits

We seek qualified and credentialed teachers to join our progressive and expert team of professional staff. We are a collaborative and committed team, seeking continuous improvement and innovation in all that we do.

The initial contract for international faculty hires is for two years. The salary and benefits package are competitive for China and the region. A first-year salary ranges from $57,000 to $58,500 and our most experienced staff can earn up to XXX per annum.

The benefits we provide include housing, travel, relocation, shipping, and wellness allowances, international medical insurance, life and disability insurance, a retirement allowance, and tuition waiver for eligible children. We provide for all visa related expenses for teachers and their eligible dependents.

Our housing allowance typically has provided sufficient for new hires to find an apartment close to the school and within the residential complexes preferred by expatriates. Our new hires have an initial two week period in school provided serviced apartments while agents assist in finding the right new home.

Our medical insurance has been benchmarked against other reputable schools in China to ensure we offer a standard the is comparable to other good schools. We have access to good quality Western style clinics within a few minutes of the school and residential area and excellent hospitals in the city, or in Hong Kong.

We believe that we grow together and want to foster a learning community, so offer a variety of staff development opportunities, including a generous PL allowance. We cover Chinese income taxes so our figures quoted are what you can expect to have in your hand.
